When you choose us to design your website:
- We will establish your requirements via emails, phone calls and/or video
conferencing.
- Design a draft of your website for your approval.
We will assist with text/content creation.
Either your own high quality images can be used or we can provide
appropriate
royalty free
stock
images.
- Once you have approved the website, we will make it live after final payment
is
received.
Financials
We require a signed purchase order and a 50% deposit before commencing work on
your
website.
Quoted costs will include design and production of the website together with the
first year's
hosting
charge. Hosting is renewed every year if you choose to keep your website hosted
with
us but it can
be
transferred to another provider after the end of the first year if you wish.
The cost will depend on the complexity of your requirements. We do not charge a
set
amount per
page
as some websites are completely contained within a single page. The charges are
a
reflection of
the
time and expertise required to produce your website.
On completion, the website will be made live after the final 50% payment is
received.
Any variations to the above must be made in writing in advance of the
commencement of
any work.
