Easy to use:
We have designed the software to be as easy to use as possible whatever your level of computer expertise. The flow of work becomes very fast after only a short time.There are many features to help you along the way such as boxes that are coloured if they require information and tips/messages to assist you, just at the time you may need them.
There is also a comprehensive help file which can be accessed from within the software.

Quick method of entering addresses:
When you first setup the software, you will need to enter each park home's address. You will only need to do this the first time you use the software. As the addresses are usually in the same location (i.e. the same park), the part after the first line of the address is often the same. All you need to do is enter the name and first line of the address and then click a button to fill in the rest for you.[more]
Automatic backups:
We have included an automatic backup function that will make a copy of the software every time you close it. Simple.If you want to make an extra backup copy, you can do this at any time. We have included an easy way to copy the the critical files to a memory stick or other external hard drive. There is also an easy to use restore facility should you have to reinstall the software for any reason.

Enter information once:
Each time you produce a new 'batch' of invoices, you need only enter the following information once and it will automatically appear on each invoice in the batch:- Invoice date
- Period start date
- Period end date
- Price per unit of the electricity
- VAT rate
- 'Pay by' date (the date you want the invoice paid by)

Upgrade facility:
If a new version of the software becomes available and you want to upgrade, you need not worry about losing the information that you have already entered.We have included an upgrade facility to take care of this for you in a few clicks.
